Property Checks
Professional visual, occupancy, storm, and contractor checks providing timely photo reports for Rhode Island property watch clients, from Providence property checks to coverage across the state.
Services

At each visit, we provide statewide property monitoring by reviewing the visible exterior condition of the structure, siding, roofline, and foundation, along with doors and windows and whether they appear secured. During these property checks Rhode Island owners receive notes on signs of recent or ongoing activity, trash, debris, overgrowth, storm damage, vandalism or dumping, accumulated mail or packages, and any visible contractor presence or progress. With written permission, vacant interior areas may also be visually checked. Every visit results in timestamped, clearly labeled photos and a brief written summary of what was observed.

These visits are visual checks by a trained local observer, not licensed inspections or security services. They are designed to support landlord property checks, vacant property checks Rhode Island owners may need between tenants, storm property checks after severe weather, and on-site contractor verification when work is in progress. We do not determine legal occupancy or tenancy, certify structural soundness, guarantee that trespass or theft will not occur, or identify conditions that are hidden inside walls, ceilings, or other concealed areas. Our role is to document what is visible and reasonably reportable during a standard property visit, so owners can decide on next steps and engage licensed inspectors, contractors, or other specialists when needed.
Rhode Island Property Watch provides visual property checks, photos and documentation only. We are not a licensed home inspection, security, or property management service, and we do not guarantee detection of every issue.
Where We Work
Rhode Island Property Watch is a locally owned, Rhode Island-only service. Our inspectors live and work here — we know the neighborhoods, the weather patterns, and the kind of issues that come up with local housing stock. That local knowledge shows up in every report we deliver.
